Just have the same issue, and found out that the ctrl+alt + del was disable in anydesk>settings>security>permission profile. Additionally, make sure to reinstall anydesk after fixing this if you installed it while they were not correct/synced. I still get a windows prompt to run the service whenever i start using any anydesk window but now when i close things out, the service (and notification bar icon) will close out.
