So i can't really test any levels that i make. I just deleted miyamoto and got v15 again. Is there something else that i have to download with it?

Actually, miyamoto 19 works but i still can't seem to find out why nsmbu doesn't work. I started with making a new level. It still wont save when i place sprites.
